Transmission Neutralizer Can Now Be Adjusted From Inside The Cab{3150,3181}

Usage:

769C, 773B, 777 Trucks

Description of Change: The switch in the transmission neutralizer group can now be adjusted from inside the cab. To make this change, it was necessary to use several new parts. Formerly, it was not possible to adjust the neutralizer switch from inside the cab.

Also, a new lever is now used to get a better contact area between the lever and switch yoke in the neutralizer group.

Adaptable To: When used together, the new parts in the chart are adaptable to earlier 769C, 773B and 777 Trucks. See the illustrations for the location of the new parts.

To permit installation of the 5T2934 Bracket Assembly, cut the rear barrier insulation as shown in Illustration 1.

After installation of the new parts, the 9D4733 Yoke can be used to make adjustments to the 9D4734 Switch. To adjust the switch, put the yoke in a position so the neutralizer switch is activated only in the raise and lower positions of the hoist control lever. Make sure the hoist control linkage is correctly adjusted before the adjustment of the switch.
