The tools listed in the charts are required for complete disassembly and assembly of the above Reintjes Marine Gear Models. The charts are arranged with tool descriptions and part numbers in vertical columns and marine gear models listed horizontally. The numbers shown in the blocks represent the quantity of tools needed for a particular marine gear model, shown at the top of the column. To determine the tools needed for a particular marine gear model, locate the desired model and follow the column down. Order the quantities shown for each tool part number. If no quantity is shown in the block, that tool is not applicable to the model. The charts may be used to select tools for several marine gear models while avoiding unnecessary duplication.

Many of the tools listed in the charts are not stocked in the Caterpillar parts system and there could be some delay in filling orders. It is suggested that tool orders be placed at least two months prior to the date of anticipated need. If a short lead time situation exists, an emergency order should be placed.
