The new scroll fuel system (NSFS) used in the above engines has a sleeve in the governor servo piston. See illustration.

This 7W250 Sleeve has two different designs on the end for oil supply. There can be either six or 16 equally spaced notches around the end of the sleeve as shown. Sleeves with either design are acceptable for use.
