4N3311 Radiator Cap Has Improved Sealing
Usage:
3400, 3500 Industrial, Marine, Generator Set Engines
Description of Change: The 4N3311 Radiator Cap on the above engines now has an improved vacuum relief seal. The new seal has more wear resistance and will give longer life under high temperatures.
The former vacuum seal could become hard or distort and allow a pressure leak. This could cause a loss of coolant.
Adaptable To: The improved 4N3311 Radiator Cap (part number did not change) is a direct replacement for the former 4N4311 Radiator Cap. The improved cap with the new seal is identified by a red dot on the seal.
