Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove bucket

1. Remove bolt (1).

2. Remove pin (2).

3. Retract cylinder (3).

4. Remove bolt (4).

5. Remove pin (5).

6. Attach a suitable lifting device (6) thumb linkage (7). The linkage weighs approximately 95 kg (210 lb)

7. Remove hose assemblies (8).

8. Remove retaining pin (9) and pin (10).

9. Attach a suitable lifting device (11) to quick coupler (12). The quick coupler weighs approximately 86 kg (190 lb)

10. Remove bolt (13).

11. Attach a suitable lifting device (14) to implement linkage (16). Remove pin (15). Remove linkage. The approximate weight is 31 kg (70 lb).

12. Remove bolt (18).

13. Remove pin (17) and linkages (19).

Installation Procedure

1. Install bucket linkage (7), (12), (16), and (19) in the reverse order of removal.
