Description of Change: A new material is used for the disc in the valve assemblies in the fuel transfer pump groups on the above engines. The new disc material provides more service life at all operating temperatures.
Location of the 7W8412 Valve Assemblies with new disc.
Adaptable As: The part number of the 7W8412 Valve Assemblies with the new disc has not changed. Valve assemblies with the new disc can be identified by the blue color of the new disc. The new disc is in effect in the valve assemblies in the fuel transfer pump groups on the above engines as shown in the chart.
