Start By:
- Remove the piston motor (Hydraulic Fan).
- Attach the piston motor to Tooling (A) or suitable fixture.
- Remove bolts (1) and (2) from head assembly (3).
- Remove head assembly (3) from housing (4).

Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
- Remove plugs (5) and (6) from head assembly (3).

- Use Tooling (C) to remove rotating assembly (20) from housing (4). The barrel must not bind while the barrel is pulled through the housing. Do not allow the barrel to separate from the pistons during the removal procedure.

Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure. Spring force will be released when covers are removed. Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened. |
