442-6314 Fuel Line  Use the following procedure to tighten the fuel line:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at right-hand union fitting and accumulator.
2. Tighten fuel line from union to accumulator, starting with accumulator connection to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
3. Using a separate wrench on the fuel line for support, tighten the right-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
4. Tighten right-hand cross over line to accumulator to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
5. Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the right-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
436-9987 Fuel Line  Use the following procedure to tighten the fuel line:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at left-hand and right-hand union fittings.
2. Using a separate wrench on the fuel line for support, tighten the right-hand cross over line to the left-hand union to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
3. Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
443-0731 Union  Use the following procedure to tighten the union:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at junction block and fuel line union.
2. Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at right-hand union fitting and accumulator.
3. Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at left-hand and right-hand union fittings.
4. Tighten fuel line from union to accumulator, starting with accumulator connection to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
5. Using a separate wrench on the fuel line for support, tighten the right-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
6. Using a separate wrench on the fuel line for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the left-hand union to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
7. Tighten left-hand cross over fuel line to junction box to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
8. Tighten right-hand cross over line to accumulator to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
9. Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the right-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
10.Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the left-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
11. Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the right-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
442-6310 Fuel Line  Use the following the procedure to tighten the fuel lines:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at left-hand and right-hand union fittings.
2. Tighten the fuel line from the junction block to left-hand union, starting at the junction block connection to, 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
3. Using a separate wrench on the fuel line for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the left-hand union to 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
4. Tighten left-hand cross over fuel line to junction box to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft).
5. Using separate wrench on the fuel line union for support, tighten the left-hand cross over line to the left-hand union to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
473-7645 Fuel Line  Use the following the procedure to tighten the fuel lines:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at junction block and accumulator.
2. Tighten the fuel line from the junction block to accumulator, starting at the accumulator connection to, 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
3. Tighten fuel line from junction block to accumulator, starting with accumulator connection 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
444-5604 Fuel Line  Use the following the procedure to tighten the fuel lines:
1. Before Assembly, Lubricate threads, collars and O-ring seals lightly with clean engine oil, and start connecting nuts on fuel line assembly at pump and junction block.
2. Tighten the fuel line from the pump to junction block, starting at the pump connection to, 38 ± 3 N.m (28 ± 2 lb ft).
3. Tighten fuel line from pump to junction block, starting with pump connection to 100 ± 5 N.m (74 ± 4 lb ft)
