注: 安装电子单体喷油器前排空气缸中的所有液体。 可能需要多排几次。 使用工具 (C) 清除缸体上的燃油和机油。
注: 使用工具 (F) 清除套筒孔和气缸上的松散材料。
清洁套筒、套筒孔和单体喷油器端部的积碳。 清洁缸盖内落座区域上的积碳。 优先考虑工具 (D) 的细等级。 清洁缸盖的积碳。 如果已拆下电子单体喷油器的套筒，使用工具 (E) 清除套筒内的积碳。

记录喷油器序列号和喷油器确认代码。 安装一个新单体喷油器时，必须把 "E-Trim"（电子修正）值编入发动机控制模块。 有关更多信息，请参阅故障诊断与排除, "喷油器调整文件 - 安装"。 | |
注: 确保喷油器喷嘴上的铜垫圈没有损坏。
注: 过度拧紧线束组件 (5) 的螺母可能会导致螺纹磨平。
