Description Of Change: The new software includes the following changes:
Note: Applicable to 3412 Electric Power (EP) engines using an A5 engine Electronic Control Module (ECM).
- Software update to remove test spec numbers from being displayed in Cat® Electronic Technician (ET), now will read as "Unavailable".
- Cat ET will display the software description as "3412C A5".
Adaptable To: The following changes are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.
The new and former software is listed in Table 1.
