Space Heater - Inspect/Replace
如有必要，请参照以下步骤正确更换空间加热器。
- 锁定所有电气和机械能源。 确保空间加热器的电压源锁定。 使用电压表来确认没有电压。

(1) 空间加热器检修板
(2) 空间加热器接线盒检修板（大型装置） - 找到空间加热器的检修板。
注: 在大型装置上，空间加热器位于空间加热器接线盒的安装板后面。

图 3 g06146439 加热器固定到板上 - 小心地拆下板。 在板的后部有一个延伸到电机机架内的支架。 加热器固定到板的内侧。
- 断开空间加热器和接线盒之间的接线。

图 4 g06146446 从支架上拆下空间加热器 - 从支架上拆下空间加热器。 使用内六角扳手或六角扳手松开螺栓。
注: 空间加热器位于连接到板背面的支架上。
- 将新的空间加热器安装到支架上。
- 将所有接线重新连接到新的空间加热器。
注: 注意导线的布线。 不要拉紧或挤压任何导线。
- 将空间加热器插回电机机架内。 确保在安装板时不要夹住导线。
- 重新安装并拧紧固定螺栓，将板安装到机架上。
