Engine Operation
正确的操作和保养是获得发动机最大使用寿命和经济性的关键因素。 遵循本操作和保养手册中的说明，以便最大限度降低运营成本和延长发动机的使用寿命。
注: 如果存在缺火状况，切勿运转发动机。 在缺火状况下运转发动机将造成发动机失衡，并导致发动机及/或连接装置损坏（如果未加以纠正）。
发动机运行时频繁观察仪表显示。 定期在记录簿上记录仪表数据。 将数据与发动机正常运行的技术规格比较。 经常对比这些数据有助于觉察发动机的性能变化。
调查研究仪表读数的任何显著变化。 监测发动机运行并在发现偏差采取措施。
发动机带负载运转的同时经常检查仪表和从动设备。 发动机可以在满载下长时间运行。
长时间在低负荷(小于30%)下工作可能会造成油耗增加和气缸内积碳。 长时间在低负载下工作也可能会造成燃油经排气系统漏油。 可能导致损失功率和/或性能不佳。
为了保持发动机效率和性能，每小时对发动机加满负荷。 在大于 30% 的负载水平下操作发动机也将保持发动机的效率和性能。 此动作将烧掉气缸中过多的碳。
