变速箱机油滤清器 | |
- 操作机器，使油温升高。
- 停止发动机。
- 拆下滤清器壳体排放塞，让滤清器中的机油排放到适当的容器中。
- 利用带式扳手拆下滤清器壳体，或者利用壳体底部的六角螺母拆下滤清器壳体。
- 将旧滤芯从滤罐中抽出。 在滤芯维修期间，确保不要拆下可重复使用的中心管。 妥当弃置用过的滤清器滤芯。
- 使用清洁且不易燃的溶剂来清洁滤清器壳体和壳体底座。
- 检查滤清器壳体密封件。 用随维修滤芯提供的新密封件更换壳体密封件。
- 将新的滤清器滤芯安装到变速箱滤清器壳体中，固定中心支撑管上方。 清洁并安装滤清器壳体放油塞。
- 将滤清器壳体装入滤清器壳体底座中。 壳体六角头螺母上使用的扭矩为
50 N·m (37 lb ft) 。 - 起动发动机。 缓慢操作变速箱控制装置，使变速箱油得以循环。 检查机器有无机油泄漏。
- 检查变速箱机油油位。
