Crankshaft Pulley - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove vibration damper.
- Remove electromagnetic clutch assembly.
- Relieve belt tension and remove belt (1) from crankshaft pulley (4). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Replace." for the correct procedure.
- Remove bolts (2) and plate (3). Remove crankshaft pulley (4).

- Install crankshaft pulley (4) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of
80 ± 8 N·m (59 ± 6lb ft) , then turn clockwise an extra 70° ± 7°.
- Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of
