Coolant Temperature Sensor - Remove and Install
- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual,, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures..

- Install coolant temperature sensor (9) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten coolant temperature sensor (9) to a torque of
20 ± 2 N·m (177 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of
23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 20 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of
23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of
9 ± 1 N·m (80 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (2) to a torque of
11 ± 1 N·m (97 ± 9 lb in) .
- Tighten coolant temperature sensor (9) to a torque of
