Cooling System Water Temperature Regulator - Replace
在节温器失效之前就更换掉。 此更换是推荐的预防性维护措施。 更换节温器可减少可能发生的计划外停工。
水温调节器在部分开启位置失效时，会引起发动机过热或过冷。
水温调节器在完全关闭位置失效时，会引起发动机严重过热。 发动机严重过热会引起气缸盖开裂或活塞卡缸故障。
水温调节器在开启位置失效时，会引起发动机在部分负荷时工作温度过低。 发动机部分负荷时工作温度过低会造成气缸内过分积碳， 从而加速活塞环和缸套的磨损。

不定期更换水温调节器会引起发动机严重损坏。 Cat 发动机采用分流式旁通设计的冷却系统，需要在安装有水温调节器的情况下操作发动机。 如果水温调节器安装不正确，发动机可能过热，造成气缸盖损坏。 确保新的水温调节器安装在原来的位置。 确保水温调节器的放气孔畅通。 不要在密封垫或缸盖表面上使用液体垫片材料。 |

注: 如果只更换水温调节器，泄放冷却系统中的冷却液时，只需冷却液的液位低于水温调节器壳即可。
