Valve Mechanism Cover Base - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove electronic unit injectors.
- Remove rocker shafts and pushrods.
- Disconnect tube assemblies (1).
- Remove bolt (2) and receptacle assembly (3).

- Install valve mechanism cover base (5) in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate the bore of receptacle assembly (3) with the lubricant that is being sealed.
