Enclosure Fan Replacement Procedure

1. Verify that the system is shut down and isolated from any other power source.

2. Open the door that houses the enclosure fan that is to be replaced.

3. Unplug the pigtail cable from the enclosure fan harness but leave communication control side connected.

4. Remove the four mounting screws and washers. The fan cover and fan will loosen. Remove the fan.

5. Install the replacement fan using the reverse procedure for removal.

6. Verify that the air flow direction and cable position are correct. The flow direction must be pointed out of the enclosure.

7. Install the enclosure fan and cover using one of the screws and washers. Hand tighten.

8. Install the remaining screws and washers and tighten.

9. Connect the pigtail cable from the enclosure fan to the enclosure fan harness.
