Cathode Fan - Replace
- Power down the unit prior to performing work.

Illustration 1 g06005794 - Disconnect the cathode fan plug from the harness.

Illustration 2 g06005800 - Remove the recirculation adapter screw and slide off the adapter.

Illustration 3 g06005805 - Remove the screw holding the cathode fan adapter and baffle assembly in place. Remove the assembly from the cabinet and set on a stable surface.

Illustration 4 g06005812 - Remove the two screws joining the baffle and cathode fan and remove the fan from the assembly.
- Remove the screws holding the cathode fan to the adapter.

Illustration 5 g06005808 - Install the new cathode fan using the reverse order of removal. Be sure the flow direction matches illustration 5.
- Install the cathode fan adapter and baffle assembly into the cabinet using the reverse order as removal.
- Torque adapter screws to
0.3 N·m (3 lb-in) .
