Electrical Power Supply - Test

Usage:

3512E BZ3

1. 检查代码

A. 连接 Cat® 电子技师 (ET) 与维修工具接头。

B. 确定是否有代码激活或记录。

结果:代码 -3 为激活或记录状态。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:代码 -4 为激活或记录状态。

转至测试步骤 3
 

2. 检查充电电路
 

充电电路 

结果:充电系统正常。

转至测试步骤 3。

结果:充电系统不正常。

修理:充电系统有故障。 有关更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, REHS0354, "充电系统故障诊断与排除"。

确认修理后故障得到排除。
 

3. 检查蓄电池

A. 如有必要,向蓄电池充电。 有关更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, SEHS7633, "蓄电池测试步骤"。

B. 进行蓄电池负载测试。 有关更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, SEHS9249, "针对 6、8 V 和 12 V 铅酸蓄电池的 4C-4911 蓄电池负载测试仪的使用"。

结果:蓄电池通过负载测试。 对于 12 V 系统,电压测量值在 11.5 VDC 和 13.5 VDC 之间。 对于 24 V 系统,电压测量值在 23.0 VDC 和 27.0 VDC 之间。

修理:确认发动机 ECM 配置参数中的"系统操作电压配置"正确。

确认修理后故障得到排除。

结果:蓄电池电压低或者蓄电池没有通过负载测试。

修理:修理或更换蓄电池。

确认修理后故障得到排除。
