An Improved Engine Oil Filter Element Is Used for Certain C175 Commercial Engines {1308}

Usage:

C175-16 (S/N: WYC1-UP; R1X1-UP; 3A91-UP)
C175-20 (S/N: BXR1-UP)

Description of Change: An improved adhesive is used between the engine oil filter top plate and the oil filter seal.

Adaptable To: The improved 368-0066 Engine Oil Filter Element replaces the existing oil filter element. The improved engine oil filter element is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above.

(1) "K" mark on oil filter element

The new engine oil filter element can be identified by a "K" mark on the filter. Refer to Illustration 1.

This change is effective for the serial numbers listed in Table 1.
