Description of Change: A viscous damper assembly is now used in production of the above truck engines. The viscous damper assembly replaces a former rubber damper assembly.
Adaptable To: The 7E-9520 Viscous Damper Assembly and 9Y-8870 Plate replaces the 108-4096 Rubber Damper Assembly. The viscous damper assembly is effective as listed in the subtitle. The 7E-9520 Viscous Damper Assembly and 9Y-8870 Plate can be used to replace the 108-4096 Rubber Damper Assembly on all 3406, 3406B, 3406C and 3406E Truck Engines.
