Soot Sensor - Test
利用此步骤对烟灰感应系统的可疑故障进行故障排除。 在表 1 中的诊断代码为现行状态或很容易重复出现时使用此步骤。

| 2. 检查同轴电缆和烟灰感应模块。 A. 检查同轴电缆。 确认烟灰感应系统内同轴电缆的每个连接都连接牢固。 另外，检查每个连接处有无污垢和水。 每次连接时，必须清除接头上的污垢和水。 B. 将每个同轴电缆接头拧紧至扭矩为 1.2 N·m (10.6 lb in) / −0.2 N·m (1.8 lb in)。 C. 复位所有现行代码并清除所有记录的代码。 确认故障已排除。 D. 如果故障未得到排除，则将同轴电缆从天线上断开。 E. 将同轴电缆的端部连接到 366-7782 衰减器 。 F. 在 Cat 电子技师上，通过选择以下菜单执行 "DPF Soot Loading Sensor Functional Test（DPF 烟灰负载传感器功能测试）"： - Diagnostics（诊断） - Diagnostic Tests（诊断测试） - DPF Soot Loading Sensor Functional Test（DPF 烟灰负载传感器功能测试） |
