- 将蓄电池断路开关转到断开位置。
- 从冷却系统将冷却液排入合适的容器以便保存或废弃这些冷却液。 参考操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液 - 更换"以了解正确的步骤。
- 将线束组件 (1) 从电磁阀 (2) 上断开。

- 松开卡箍软管 (6) 。 将软管组件 (5) 从电磁阀 (2) 上断开。
- 松开卡箍软管 (3) 。 将软管组件 (4) 从电磁阀 (2) 上断开。
- 将螺栓 (7) 和电磁阀 (2) 从支架 (9) 上拆下。
注: 记录电磁阀的方位。
- 必要时，遵循步骤 2.b 至步骤 7.b 拆下密封垫 (9) 。
- 将螺栓 (8) 从支架 (9) 上拆下。
- 将支架 (9) 从柴油机排气处理液 (DEF) 罐组件上拆下。

- 将螺栓安装到支架 (9) 上。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 9 N·m (80 lb in)。

- 将电磁阀 (2) 定位到支架 (9) 上。 确保阀朝向正确。
- 将螺栓 (4) 安装到电磁阀 (2) 上。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 9 N·m (80 lb in)。
- 将软管组件 (5) 连接到电磁阀 (2) 上。 固定卡箍软管 (6) 。
- 将软管组件 (4) 连接到电磁阀 (2) 上。 固定卡箍软管 (3) 。
- 将线束组件 (1) 连接到电磁阀 (2) 上。
- 向冷却系统加注冷却液。 参考操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液 - 更换"以了解正确的步骤。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到接通位置。
