Wire Relocation Required on Certain G3520 Generator Set Engines {1408, 7451}

The 329-4394 Panel Harness As is incorrectly wired. Moving the wire will eliminate the false 1167-2 EPG Circuit Breaker : Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect being generated. The procedure that follows will resolve the issue stated above.

To avoid the possibility of injury or death, ensure that the main power supply has been disconnected before performing any maintenance or removing any modules.

  1. Remove input wire A320-A009-Pink-18 AWG from J1-56.

  1. Install wire A320-A009-Pink-18 AWG in the J1-11 terminal on the primary ECM.

    Note: Refer to Schematic, KENR5934, "G3520E+ Generator Set Engine Electrical System (Interactive) 329-4396-04" for terminal and wire locations.
