New Software Is Now Used on Certain C175 Commercial Engines {1920}

Usage:

C175-16 M6A
Engine:
C175-16 (S/N: M6A1-UP; M6B1-UP)

Description of Change: The new software changes the default low coolant temperature alarm to 65° C (149° F) and is adjustable from 63 to 85° C (145 to 85° F). The low engine coolant temperature alarm activates while the engine idles due to the engine not achieving alarm set points.

Adaptable To: The new software replaces the former software in the above engines. The new software is adaptable to the above engines back to first production.

The new software is listed in Table 1.
