New Program Measures Customer Satisfaction

Usage:

Caterpillar and the Caterpillar Dealers recognize that our success in the truck engine business depends on our ability to provide products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. We are continually looking for ways to obtain customer feedback on how we are meeting customer expectations.

To get this feedback, Caterpillar has just introduced a Customer Product Satisfaction Survey. This survey is mailed to customers who purchase Caterpillar Truck Engines in the United States and Canada. The survey is easy to fill out and comes with a stamped return envelope.

This survey gives customers an opportunity to communicate directly with Caterpillar. Customers are asked about their perceptions of engine quality, design, reliability, durability, ease of maintenance, and engine performance. The survey also provides a follow-up system for Caterpillar to telephone customers who indicate they would like to talk to the factory on specific issues.

Information from this survey will assist Caterpillar in meeting customer expectations. If you receive a Customer Product Satisfaction Survey in the mail, please complete and return it to Caterpillar. All customer feedback is welcomed and will help Caterpillar provide you with the best products and services possible.
