Intake Valve Seals Used
Usage:
3208 Naturally Aspirated Truck Engines (51Z)
Description of Change: Seals are now used on the intake valve stems in the 3208 NA Truck Engine. The seals give better oil control at idle or light load conditions.
Adaptable To: The 7W9143 Seals are effective with 3208 NA Truck Engine 51Z68442.
The new seals are directly adaptable to earlier 3208 NA Truck Engines. The seals do not fit on turbo-charged engines because of interference with the inner valve spring. The letters "IN" for "Intake" are on the end of the seals.
