The new Cat 270 air compressor is no longer manufactured. The Bendix BA-921 CR air compressor can be used in order to make repairs, if remanufactured Cat 270 compressors are not available. Refer to the special instruction that is listed above for retrofitting instructions of the Bendix BA-921 CR air compressor.
The change is effective at the factory with the serial numbers that are listed in Table
