Hydraulic System Oil Filter (Case Drain) - Replace

- 将机器停放在平地上。 将铲斗降到地面，并使斗杆垂直。
- 把液压锁定操纵装置移到解锁位置。
- 将发动机起动开关转到接通位置。
- 将操纵杆和行驶操纵杆 / 踏板移动到全行程位置，以释放先导油道中的压力。
- 将发动机起动开关转到断开位置，并将液压锁定操纵装置手柄返回到锁定位置。
- 缓慢松开液压油箱顶部的加注 / 放气塞以释放液压油箱的内部压力。

- 压力释放后，拧紧加注 / 放气塞。
- 打开机器右侧的检修门。

- 清洁周围地方，以防尘土进入滤清器基座。

箱体排油滤清器位于先导油滤清器附近。 | |
- 从滤清器基座卸下用过的箱体排油滤清器。
注: 根据当地法规来处理用过的滤清器。
注: 请参阅操作和保养手册, "一般危险事项"中关于盛放溢出液体的信息。
- 清洁滤清器底座。
- 在新的箱体排油滤清器密封件上涂抹清洁的液压油。

- 用手安装新的发动机油滤清器。
滤清器的安装说明印在每个 Caterpillar 旋装式滤清器的侧面。 对于非 Caterpillar 滤清器，请参阅滤清器供应商提供的安装说明。
- 起动发动机，缓慢地开动机器 10 至 15 分钟。
- 检查机器有无机油泄漏。
- 关闭发动机。
- 检查液压油油位。

- 关闭检修门。
