发动机的意外启动会对在设备上工作的人员造成伤害或死亡。 为避免发动机意外启动，将蓄电池负极（-）端子上的蓄电池电缆拆下。 将所有拆下的蓄电池电缆末端的金属表面用胶布完全粘住，以防止其与其它的金属表面接触而激活发动机的电子系统。 在启动/停止开关的位置上放置“不要操作”的标签，以通知他人该设备正在维修之中。 |
- 将燃油从空气马达润滑器组件 (1) 中排出。

- 断开线束组件 (2) 。 拆下电磁阀 (3) 。
- 拆下软管组件 (4) 和弯头适配器
- 断开减压阀 (5) ，然后拆下软管组件 (7) 。

- 拆下空气马达润滑器组件 (1) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (8) 。 拆下空气起动马达 (9) 、托架和密封垫。 废弃密封垫，以新密封垫更换进行安装。

安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装起动马达 (9) 。
- 安装后，向空气马达润滑器组件 (1) 加注柴油。
