Engine Overspeed Verification Test
注: 执行该测试时，记录发动机超速情况。 该事件要求出厂密码，以便清除。
执行超速验证前，使用 Caterpillar 电子技师 (ET) 确定发动机超速验证测试的停机转速。
在 Cat ET 中，选择 "Service（维修）"下拉菜单。 选择维修菜单中的 "Monitoring System（监控系统）"选项。 找到 "Monitoring System（监控系统）"屏幕上列出的 "Engine Overspeed（发动机超速）"参数。 超速警告参数的典型设置为额定发动机转速的 115%。 超速停机参数的典型设置为额定发动机转速的 118%。 参考图 1。

当执行发动机超速验证测试时，测试将在 75% 的超速停机参数值下关闭发动机。 对于此应用，发动机将在 1062 rpm 时关闭。 当执行超速验证时，监控发动机转速。 确认发动机在达到 75% 的编程设定值时停机。

选择"接通"然后单击"确定"。 使屏幕保持超越参数激活状态。 如果离开超越参数屏幕，参数将自动回到默认的正常模式。 发动机将不在 75% 的编程设定值下停机。
起动发动机，并监控加速期间的发动机转速。 确认发动机在 1062 rpm 的发动机转速下停机。
