      Torque Sequence

    3. Position the exhaust manifolds into place and install at least one Tooling (A) in each exhaust manifold.

    4. Apply Tooling (B) on the threads of the new nuts (7). Tighten nuts (7) in the above sequence to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (15 ± 2 lb ft). Tighten nuts (7) again in the above sequence to a torque of 38 ± 5 N·m (28 ± 4 lb ft).

    5. Tighten clamp assemblies (12) and (5) to a torque of 7.5 ± 1 N·m (66 ± 9 lb in).

    6. Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 5 ± 1 N·m (44 ± 9 lb in).

    7. Apply Tooling (B) to temperature sensors (4). Tighten temperature sensors (4) to a torque of 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft).
