Lubrication System

油泵有一个内转子和一个外转子。 内转子的轴偏离外转子的中心。 内转子与驱动轴之间采用干涉配合。

如果安装了平衡器,发动机机油压力由集成式发动机机油泵提供。 集成式发动机机油泵位于平衡器中。

内转子有六个凸轮,它们与外转子的七个凸轮相啮合。 当油泵转动时,外转子的凸轮与内转子的凸轮间距增大,产生吸合力。 当凸轮间距减小时,产生压力,迫使机油进入润滑系统。

润滑油从机油泵出口侧通过油道流向板式机油冷却器。 机油冷却器位于缸体左侧。 然后,机油从机油冷却器通过油道流向机油滤清器座。

正常情况下,机油随后从机油滤清器座流入机油滤清器。 机油可能流经一个旁通阀,该旁通阀在机油滤清器堵塞时能保证润滑系统工作。

机油从机油滤清器,经一条横穿缸体的钻孔通道流至机油通道。 机油油道是穿过缸体左侧总长钻出的。 如果机油滤清器在发动机右侧,则机油将经横穿缸体的通道流至压力通道。

机油从机油通道,经高压通道流至曲轴的主轴承。 随后,机油经曲轴中的通道流至连杆轴承轴颈。 活塞和缸孔通过机油的飞溅和机油油雾来进行润滑。

发动机配备由机油通道供油的活塞冷却喷嘴。 活塞冷却喷嘴将润滑油对准活塞底部喷射来冷却活塞。

润滑油从主轴承通过缸体中的油道流至凸轮轴轴颈。 随后,机油从凸轮轴前轴颈以较低的压力流到缸盖。 接着,机油经摇臂轴的中心流至摇臂杆。 阀杆、阀弹簧和阀挺杆均采用飞溅和油雾的方式进行润滑。

惰齿的轮毂由从机油油道送来的机油进行润滑。 正时齿轮采用机油飞溅的方式进行润滑。

润滑油从机油滤清器通过缸体的油道流至涡轮增压器的外部供油连接。 供油连接向涡轮增压器的中间壳体提供润滑油。 然后,润滑油从涡轮增压器的排放口流入发动机曲轴箱。
