Removal Procedure

Note: Put orientation and location marks on all cable strap locations and on all insulation wraps for installation purposes.

1. Disconnect harness assemblies (1) and (3).

2. Loosen allen bolt and disconnect harness assembly (2).

3. Disconnect harness assemblies (4) and (5).

4. Remove bolt (6) and position the cable assembly out of the way.

5. Disconnect harness assembly (7) and remove the exhaust module wiring.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the exhaust module wiring harness in the reverse order.

   1. Tighten allen bolt that secures harness assembly (2) to a torque of 3.3 ± 0.7 N·m (30 ± 6 lb in).
