Different O-Ring Seals Now Used In Fuel Injection Pump Group{1251}

3406, 3408, 3412 Engines In All Applications
Description of Change: A new O-ring seal with a round cross-section is used in the fuel injection pump groups on the above engines. The location of these seals is under the bushings that hold the fuel injection pumps in position in the fuel injection pump housing. The round cross-section type O-ring seal gives a better seal than the square-section type O-ring seal formerly used.
Adaptable To: The new 3D2992 O-Ring Seal can be used as a direct replacement for the former square-section 1M1077 O-Ring Seal.
