注意

保持所有零件清洁无杂质。

杂质会造成快速磨损和缩短部件寿命。


注: 组装之前,在曲轴主轴承上涂抹清洁的发动机机油。 不要将机油涂抹到曲轴主轴的背面。 确保曲轴主轴承背面的锁键适合曲轴主轴承盖和缸体的凹槽。


注意

确保曲轴主轴安装在正确的位置。 使用两个零件号不同的零件,数量分别是3个和 4 个。 4个具有相同零件号的零件应安装到曲轴主轴承 2、3、5 和 6 上。 3个具有相同零件号的零件应安装到曲轴主轴承 1、4 和 7 上。 止推板仅安装在中间曲轴主轴承上。

    注: 曲轴轴向间隙由止推盘 (3) 控制。 止推盘 (3) 位于曲轴的中间。

  1. 安装止推盘 (3) 。

  1. 使用工具 (A) 将曲轴主轴承 (2) 新的上半部分安装到缸体内。 轴承的这一半有油孔。

  1. 将曲轴主轴承 (2) 新的下半部分安装到曲轴主轴承盖 (1) 中。 不要将机油涂抹到曲轴主轴的背面。

    注: 安装曲轴主轴盖 (1) 时,应使零件号朝向发动机右侧。 可通过位于底面上压印的数字 1 到 7 确认数字顺序。 止推板仅用于 4 号曲轴主轴承上。

  1. 安置曲轴主轴承盖 (1) 时,使零件号朝向缸体右侧。 按原数字顺序依次安置曲轴主轴承盖 (1) 。

    注: 安装轴承盖 (1) 时使用新的螺栓。

  1. 将清洁的 "SAE 30W" 机油或含钼润滑脂涂抹在螺栓螺纹和垫圈上。 安装螺栓。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft)。 在每个螺栓头上标上标记。 将螺栓再转动 90 ± 5度(1/4圈)。

  1. 利用工具 (B) 检查曲轴的轴向间隙。 轴向间隙必须为 0.10 至 0.50 mm (0.004 至 0.020 in)。

End By: 安装发动机油底壳。 请参阅 拆解和组装, "发动机油底壳 - 拆卸和安装"。
