(1) Torque for the compressor clamp assembly ... 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in)
Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp assembly (2) :
- Tighten the turbine clamp assembly to 18.1 N·m (160 lb in).
- Loosen the turbine clamp assembly to 5.6 N·m (50 lb in).
- Again, tighten the turbine clamp assembly to 13.5 ± 1.0 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in).
Wastegate setting ... 172 ± 4 kPa (25.0 ± 0.5 psi)
