系统运行

当发动机控制装置通电启动时,电子控制模块(ECM)将确认标定偏移值处于 −3 至 3 kPa (± 0.4351 psi) 的可接受范围内。 如果燃料压力的标定偏移值超出可接受的范围,诊断代码 94-13 将被激活,发动机不能起动。

将记录该诊断代码。 ECM 不需要复位来清除代码。 将需要有效的标定值,以便运转发动机。 94-13 代码将在标定有效时被清除。

"空气/燃料压力模块"的标定步骤

  1. 确认燃料切断阀关闭。

  1. 将发动机控制开关转到停机位置。

  1. 进入 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)中的"空气压力模块标定"步骤。 它位于"标定"下的"维修"下拉菜单中。

  1. 从压力模块断开空气和燃料管路,以打开空气/燃料压力模块的端口。 确保端口与大气压力相通。

  1. 按 OK 按钮继续。

  1. 按下一步按钮开始标定。

    注: 您必须等待下一个窗口以继续标定过程。

    1. 发动机控制开关必须在停机位置。

    1. 发动机转速必须为 0 rpm。

  1. 输入"大气压力传感器标定值"。 该值是 Cat ET 屏幕上显示的"实际空气压力"。

  1. 按 OK 按钮继续。

  1. 如果标定成功,按"完成"按钮完成标定。 将空气和燃料管路重新连接到压力模块并恢复正常运作。

    注: ECM 将进行必要的压力测量以计算标定偏移值。 将从所有后续的燃料压差读数中减去该标定偏移值。 如果该值大于 3 kPa (0.4351 psi) 或小于 −3 kPa (−0.4351 psi),标定失败,ECM 不会清除激活的 94-13 诊断代码。

  1. 如果标定失败,确认压力模块的空气和燃料端口都与大气压力相通,然后重复标定步骤。 如果在尝试三次标定后,仍无法将压力模块标定到技术规范内,则必须更换模块。
