Rework Procedure
Park the machine on level ground and lower all the attachments to the ground. Allow the machine to cool down before continuing as the engine components may still be hot.
Follow all safety precautions in the Operation and Maintenance Manual and Service Manual when performing this inspection.
- Inspect the 356-1116 Breather Pipe (1) routing to ensure no contact with the engine harness. Refer to Illustration 1 for Wheel Skidders and refer to Illustration 2 for Wheel Feller Bunchers.
Note: P-clip orientation should be as shown in Illustration 1 and/or Illustration 2 and the harness must be routed below the breather hose (1).
- If the hose is in contact with the harness, route to ensure that contact is no longer present.
