Problem

Reports have been received that the oil may leak from the cab heater lines group or hydraulic oil cooler lines group or pump lines group on the machines listed above. This issue occurs due to the loosening of the band clamp in the lines group.

Solution

In the event of failure, replace the 289-9139 Band Clamp (1) with the same part number. Check the band clamp (1) to ensure it is tight and has the proper torque of 4.5 ± 0.7 N·m (39.8 ± 6.2 lb in).
