A procedure to troubleshooting the aftermarket Cat^® Product Link (PL522) is now available for certain Excavators in China.

Troubleshooting Procedure

Perform the following troubleshooting procedure to determine the proper working of aftermarket PL522 control module in China:

1. Download the 458-6572 Monitor Software Gp (PL522 gateway software) from SIS web.

2. Using the Cat^® Electronic Technician (Cat ET) WinFlash, proceed to flash the 458-6572 Monitor Software Gp to the PL522 control module.

3. Key cycle the machine.

4. Check that the status of "Back Office Application Connection Status" under "GSM Information" is "Established".

5. Then subscribe the service in VisionLink store and monitor latest reports in VisionLink.
