Hydraulic Tank - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hydraulic tank.

  1. Remove bolts (1). Remove plate (2) and oil level sight glass (3).

  2. Remove seals (4) and (5).

  3. Remove cap (7). Remove strainer (6).

  4. Remove nuts (15). Remove plug (14) and seal (13).

  5. Remove valve body (12). Remove seal (11). Remove valve (10). Remove spring (9) and spring guide (8).

  6. Remove nuts (18). Remove plates (17). Remove screens (16).
