Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
- Remove harness assembly (1) from frame assembly (2) .

- Remove coolant hose assembly (2).

- Remove tube assembly (3). Remove brace (4) from both sides of the machine. Disconnect clamp (5) from the engine compartment shield.

- Remove bracket (6) and seal (7) from the engine compartment shield.

- Remove hose assembly (8).

- Disconnect harness assembly (9).

- Disconnect exhaust flange (10).

- Disconnect clamp (11).

- Disconnect filter bracket assembly (12) .

- Remove bolts (13) and (14) from the corners of frame assembly (2) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to a suitable lifting device in order to remove engine enclosure assembly (15). The weight of engine enclosure assembly (15) is approximately 490 kg (1080 lb).
Note: Open all doors before removal to ensure that they are not latched to main frame.

Installation Procedure
- Install engine enclosure assembly (15) in the reverse order of removal.
