Usage:
Because complete accuracy is difficult, you can find some errors in Parts and Service Publications. The Service Publications Division likes to know about such errors as quickly as possible.
In the past, you used the yellow "Discrepancy Cards" for this purpose. This Discrepancy Card has been canceled. A new "Service Information Feedback System" Card is now available to be used instead. This new card is easier to fill out, will provide us with all the information needed to make corrections and allows for feedback to the dealers.
The front of the card has the correct mailing address. The back of the card has four areas for the information needed to correct the errors.

- A. This is a list of publications. Put an "X" in the box in front of the publication that has the error.
- B. This area gives us the location in the publication that has the error-After "explanation" write the error and the correct information if you know it.
- C. If you need a reply, put an "X" in the box for "a reply is

requested".
- D. Write your name and address under "Send Reply To".
- A. This is a list of publications. Put an "X" in the box in front of the publication that has the error.
The new cards can be ordered on a Miscellaneous Order form using one of these order numbers:

There is no charge for these cards.
