继电器

发动机起动继电器

要接合发动机起动继电器,必须满足以下条件。

  • 方向开关设定在空档位置。

  • 钥匙开关转到起动位置。

  • 发动机转速不高于 550 RPM 持续 10 秒。

  • ECM 已完成起动顺序。

  • 系统电压低于 32V。

行驶控制装置(如有配备)

当行驶控制开关置于接通位置时,变速箱 ECM 激活行驶控制装置。 激活基于自动位置中的机器行驶速度。 行驶控制系统减小机器以较高速度移动时对装载铲斗的影响。

倒车警报

当方向开关设定为倒档时,变速箱 ECM 将接通倒车警报 (15)。

调制阀

(26) 调制阀

调制阀用于调节至变速箱离合器的油流。 当操作员选择方向和速度后,变速箱 ECM (1) 激活相应调制阀 (26) 上的电磁阀 (25)。 两个电磁阀必须激活,以便行驶机器。 两个电磁阀分别用于方向和速度控制。 当操作员选择方向和速度时,电磁阀接收来自变速箱 ECM 的信号。 变速箱 ECM 调整至电磁阀的信号,以便调整从调制阀到变速箱离合器的油流。

机器配备有下述调制阀:

  • 离合器 1 的调制阀 (6)(前进档高速)

  • 离合器 2 的调制阀 (7)(倒档)

  • 离合器 3 的调制阀 (8)(前进档低速)

  • 离合器 4 的调制阀 (3)(一档速度)

  • 离合器 5 的调制阀 (4)(二档速度)

  • 离合器 6 的调制阀 (5)(三档速度)

其他输出

变速箱 ECM (1) 还通过 Cat 数据链路 (2) 向发动机 ECM (18) 发送信息。 变速箱 ECM (1) 还通过 Cat 数据链路 (2) 从发动机 ECM 和维修接头 (21) 向仪表组 (17) 发送信息。
