Dual Tilt Control Valve - Remove and Install

Start By:
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.
- Remove the hydraulic tank cap and install Tooling (A). Apply 276 kPa (40 psi) to 414 kPa (60 psi) of air pressure to Tooling (A) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (3) .

- Remove bolts (2) and open doors (1) .
- Disconnect tube assemblies (4), hose assemblies (5) and harness assembly (6) .

- Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to dual tilt control valve (7). Remove nut (8), bolts (9), and bolts (10). Remove dual tilt control valve (7). The weight of dual tilt control valve (7) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install dual tilt control valve (7) in the reverse order of removal.
