不正确的粘度

确保发动机用正确的发动机机油。 关于应使用的正确的发动机机油,请参阅操作和保养手册。

发动机机油污染

发动机机油被另一种液体污染将会导致发动机机油压力低。 发动机机油油位高可能说明机油受到污染。 获取发动机机油油样分析。 应确定发动机机油遭受污染的起因,并进行必要的修理。 更换发动机机油和发动机机油滤清器。 关于应使用的正确的发动机机油,请参操作和保养手册。

发动机机油压力传感器有故障

使用 Caterpiller ET(Electronic Technician,电子技师)比较发动机停止时已过滤的发动机机油压力与未过滤的发动机机油压力的读数。 这两个读数应接近零压力值。

如果某一个读数明显地不同于零,更换怀疑的发动机机油压力传感器。

发动机机油循环流动不良

以下几个因素可能造成发动机机油流动不正常:

  • 发动机机油滤清器阻塞。 更换发动机机油滤清器。

  • 发动机机油管路或发动机机油管道断开或破损。

  • 发动机机油冷却器阻塞。 彻底清洁发动机机油冷却器。

  • 活塞冷却喷嘴出现问题。 断裂,阻塞或安装不正确的活塞冷却喷嘴都会导致活塞咬缸。

  • 机油泵吸油管的进口滤网可能会有阻塞。 该阻塞会导致气穴的形成和机油压力降低。 检查吸油管内的进口滤网,清除所有可能阻塞发动机机油流动的物质。

  • 吸油管吸入空气。 检查吸油管的接合处有无裂纹或损坏的 O 形密封圈。

  • 发动机机油泵有问题。 检查发动机机油泵齿轮是否过度磨损。 由于齿轮磨损过多,会造成发动机机油压力降低。

  • 发动机机油泵的压力调节阀或旁通阀卡滞在打开位置。 清洁阀。 如有必要,更换零件。

磨损的部件

曲轴或凸轮轴轴承的间隙过大将会造成发动机机油压力低。 同时也要检查摇臂轴和摇臂之间的间隙。 检查发动机部件是否间隙过大。

获取发动机机油油样分析。 检查发动机机油中磨损金属含量的分析。
