- 拆下盖 (1) 。

- 拆下密封垫 (4) 。

- 拆下螺母 (5) 。 拆下发动机机油油位表 (6) 和 O 形密封圈。

- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装发动机油底壳 (3) 。
- 将工具 (B) 涂敷在螺母 (5) 的螺纹上。 拧紧螺母 (5) 至扭矩为 18 N·m (159 lb in)。
- 将工具 (A) 安装到缸体中的位置 (X) 。

(X) 导向螺柱的位置。
短螺栓 (2) 的 (Z) 位置。
螺栓的紧固顺序
- 确保发动机油底壳 (3) 清洁、无损坏。
- 使用新的垫片 (4) 更换垫片 (4) 。
- 拧紧螺栓 (2) 至扭矩为 22 N·m (195 lb in)。 按照图 6 中所示的顺序拧紧螺栓 (2) 。
- 拆下工具 (A) 。
- 安装其余的四个螺栓 (2) 。 拧紧螺栓 (2) 至扭矩为 22 N·m (195 lb in)。 按照图 7 中所示的顺序拧紧螺栓 (2) 。
