Obtain the sample of the hydraulic oil as close as possible to the recommended sampling interval. The recommended sampling interval is every 500 service hours. In order to receive the full effect of S·O·S oil analysis, establish a consistent trend of data. In order to establish a pertinent history of data, perform consistent oil samplings that are evenly spaced.
The hydraulic oil sampling valve is located on the front of the hydraulic tank.
